Mini Haversack Purse

I’ve been using this as my purse on trips for about seven months. It holds all the things online to have handy when I travel including e-reader, wallet, sunglasses, cell phone, sunscreen, passport. I love the quality and long strap. The strap is really long and adjustable although I would have like a few more buckle holes to have the option to make it even shorter. The buckle closure took a bit to get used to but has softened with use and is now easy to open and close. Great bag. Highly recommend especially for a travel purse.

LOve the bag- had it for three years. Wish they would make it with a hidden clasp so you don't have to un buckle it- just snap it open or close

My 2 year old purse/tote developed a couple holes where my phone sat and in another pocket, so I decided to to spend up this time to find something that should last longer. I got the new Sequoia color (reddish with green side panels) and it looks great! I like the overall size of this purse, and it has convenient pockets. The quality seems very good; the canvas isn't as thick as my last one (it wasn't Duluth pack), but it is better oiled and the leather on this one is much more sturdy. The shoulder strap is nicely adjustable, but still very stiff so I hope the leather softens soon. I do have to carry a separate tote for work items again, but this smaller size will be nicer for going out and about. I can fit my pocketbook, checkbook, e-reader, keys and small snack perfectly in the main area, with the rest of needed items in zipped pocket or outside pockets.

I've been searching for a new Duluth Pack purse. Totes are too big and the shell bags just are not the right style for me. I need some built in organization. I have a 4 year old and I need to carry a few things for him and myself. This is perfect! Not too big, not too small... Goldilocks says, this is just right!! The deminsions scared me off a few times, but I am glad i gave it a go, it simply is the best. Only thing I would change, I wish it had those side pockets like the older style had.

Was hoping this bag would be a long lasting bag, something I expect from Duluth Pack brand. However I am already looking to replace thisbag, which I've had for about a year. The leather bleeds if even slightly damp, and then stains the canvas. So now my sand colored canvas bag has red stains all over it. In addition the backside is blue from rubbing against my blue jeans (and my blue jeans are pretty washed and don't bleed). Disappointed my bag looks dirty and stained after a year of regular use because the canvas stains so easily (and I bought the waxed canvas so it should be even better protected than the regular version).

I have an older mini haversack that I really like, but it is starting to get worn spots in the canvas. I was going to order a new on, but they do not have the side pockets that I use for reading glasses and keys. I use the front "open" pocket as a concealed carry pocket that is adequate for my Springfield XDm full sized 9mm, and is quicker to access than the zippered model concealed carry that you are now offering. Without the side pockets, I will muddle through with my current mini haversack until it completely falls apart.

I was looking for something durable and a bit larger to fit my digital camera for day trips and this Duluth Pack is perfect for just that.
