Duluth Pack offers embroidery for many items (it is either not possible or recommended for some items)! The current price for embroidery is $30 per item for up to 10 characters (including spaces).

Embroidery must be ordered at the same time the bag is ordered through Duluth Pack Customer Service (email: customerservice@duluthpack.com phone: 1(218)722-3898).

Embroidery cannot be added to an existing bag, thus please expect increased wait times for an item ordered with embroidery.

Please note there are 3 Font and 3 Thread color options for embroidery (See photograph below). Font size & placement is at the discretion of Duluth Pack.

Embroidered items are non-refundable.

No - Duluth Pack is not a customs shop and focuses on its many orders of standard Duluth Pack Products. Please bare with us as we work hard each day to keep up with demand for our standard, in-line products.

That said, Duluth Pack may accept custom orders depending on its possibility, time available in Production, and many other factors.

It never hurts to ask! Make sure to place a Custom Request following the procedure listed on this page to inquire.

Once Complete, please save & email this form to customerservice@duluthpack.com.

All Custom Orders are subject to a non-refundable $75 Processing Fee before a quote can be provided.

We are a small team and work hard each day to fulfill orders of our standard, in-line products for our customers.

To quote a custom means pulling some of our busy production staff to assess the possibility of a custom bag.

Duluth Pack produces Premium Goods of the highest Quality. For this reason, please expect Custom Orders to be expensive, above and beyond the standard price for a comparable existing item.

Duluth Pack may decline to take on custom orders depending on its possibility, time available in Production, and many other factors.

Once the form is received, Duluth Pack will let you know if we are accepting Custom Order Requests at the time.

If so, Duluth Pack will reach out to request the non-refundable $75 Processing Fee to begin the process of quoting your product.

The quoting process may take up to two weeks so please be patient. Your custom item will be worth the wait!

A Customer Service Representative will reach out to you with the quote once it is ready and you can choose whether or not to proceed.

Upon your approval, Customer Service will collect your payment and your custom will enter production.

Once approved, customs cannot be altered, cancelled, or returned for refund or exchange.

Customs may take 4-10 Weeks to manufacture.

Customs that are completely new products may be subject to larger Custom Fees or lead times.
