Do you really need to ask if i'm satisfied with your products? I'm a professional guide, I teach wilderness adventure education for the second biggest university in WI, and I own the fastest growing wilderness adventure social club in the state. What I think is that I need the best I can get to keep my gear in top shape so I can help people trek, paddle, or off grid themselves to the best of their abilities. That's what I think. What I know is that quality gear isn't hard to find, it's right next door and has been for generations. Keep it up Duluth Pack Team!
