I could be a walking advertisment for Duluth Pack, since I have so many bags. My only suggestion: I have a 'special edition' of this bag that has longer straps (in addition to the bags with regular straps that I also have), and it is even better than the one with regular straps. I recommend adding the longer strap version of this bag to your regular product line.
