The bag is PERFECT and gets 5 stars. Customer service is among the friendliest I've ever talked to. The website needs a serious upgrade though. I placed an order and thought everything was fine, but after 2 weeks with no bag I called and found out it was backordered and would be another 3 weeks before they had it ready. Why wouldn't the site list items as backordered?? My order status was never updated and I never received a phone call or e-mail. How is this not automated???
Call before ordering and confirm they have what your interested in.
