Aluminum fasteners attach easily around your yoke with wing-nuts. The pads have a sound plywood bottom and the foam pad is encased in durable, weather-resistant cordura. Pads are easily adjustable to different shoulder widths. Simply loosen the wing-nuts and slide the pads!
