The Fish n’ Bone solves this problem by providing a full size boning/fillet knife in a compact folding knife size. The Fish n’ Bone also doubles as a great knife for filleting fish. The Fish n’ Bone features a 5” flexible 440 stainless steel blade for superior edge retention and performance. The double molded Zytel handle incorporates non-slip Kraton inserts with raised point Tri-Mond texture pattern for a non-slip grip, even when wet. The Fish n’ Bone comes complete with a Cordura nylon belt sheath and incorporates a pocket clip to carry the knife conveniently outside the sheath.
