INGREDIENTS: Tortilla Chips [Masa Flour (made from Whole Grain Corn), High Oleic Safflower Oil, and a trace of Lime], Instant White Rice, Cooked Freeze-Dried Diced Chicken, Uncolored Textured Vegetable Protein (Soy Flour), Barley Flakes, Sour Cream Powder (Cream Solids, Cultured Nonfat Milk, Citric Acid), Potato Starch, Chopped Onion, Roasted Salted Pumpkin Seeds, Mixed Red & Green Bell Pepper, Molasses Powder, Tomato Powder, Culinox Salt, Paprika, Whey Powder, Cocoa Powder (processed with Alkali), Cumin Seed, Garlic Granules, Mexican Oregano, Citric Acid, Cayenne Pepper.

Directions:
1. Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber.
2. Prepare in pouch or other suitable container.
3. Add 2 cups (16 oz) Boiling water to ingredients.
4. Stir completely and cover. Let stand 12-15
minutes.
(Higher elevations - prepare in pot, simmer 3-4
additional minutes on heat source before serving.)
