Ideal for carrying heavy gear on extended hunting and fishing trips, these are rugged and functional duffels. Our Safari Duffels let you pack and unpack with ease. Made of burly 18-ounce canvas with a double reinforced flat bottom and web reinforcing surrounding its entire girth, the modified box construction with wrap-around zipper allows this duffel to open wide to accept a variety of loads. An adjustable cotton web shoulder strap with leather snap grip is included. Made in USA.

This has been my main carry-on bag for years now. It is lightweight, yet it wears well and holds all of the things you want to bring with you on a flight or for those "just in case" moments on a car trip. Nice overnight bag as well. Very handy and durable with large zipper that is easy to use.

I just purchased this item and haven't used it yet. It looks very well constructed, zippers are heavy duty, and the handles are very nice. It looks like it will easily take heavy use.

We have had a lot of Duluth Pack shell bags. for mineral collecting. My one son prefered the canvas duffel. One day we carried out a 145 lb piece of copper in one. Tuff, Eh!

This bag is a good representation of the quality of behind every Duluth Pack. I got the MEDIUM bag and it's just right for an extended weekend trip. I threw out all of my old duffels after getting this. I can't wait to get the SMALL and LARGE to round out set. It's not the flashiest bag in the world (part of why I bought it) but the strong canvas, heavy duty zipper and sturdy shoulder strap are second to none.

One thing I found out, in other countries, your luggage is a target. Even though I would never use anything but these duffels because of how strong and durable they are, one of the unique things I've discovered is that thieves don't even look at them. They don't look like they are carrying expensive items. And, that's okay with me! I need qaulity and dependability when your roughing it in third world countries. I don't have to worry about my gear getting wet or thrown around. Great gera!
