Touch N Pour spout needs work

I use my Duluth Pack thermos almost daily and it does a great job keep my coffee hot. But the "Touch N Pour" spout gave out before it was a year old. When I push the button to open it sticks and I have to take the lid off to close it. For the money it should have lasted a lot longer than it did
