If at anytime during the life of your Duluth Pack product you have problems in these areas, return the product and it will be repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired due to a defect in craftsmanship or faulty hardware, we will be happy to replace the item at Duluth Pack’s discretion. While your Duluth Pack item is designed to provide you with many years of use, Duluth Pack is not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product and is therefore not covered by our warranty. Of course, damages not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. This is my first Duluth Pack product and I'm very happy so far. The brief is perfect for me since I frequently walk back and forth between buildings were I work (100 yards or so) and I always have papers, notebook, etc. to transport. It protects the contents from the weather and is very convenient. The simplicity, solid construction, great looks, and the fact that it is made in the USA are all a plus for me. As far as longevity, time will tell; but it should hold up for many, many years. Thank you for a great product that is not so common on the market today.

This brief was a gift to myself when I got into a new career. It is a beautiful product. Sure makes a great impression for carrying resume and other papers needed when job hunting or meeting with business associates! I store it flat and keep it out of harm's way because it's just not one of my DP products that I care to use so much to weather it. It's a great brief and I only use it on those special occasions. Very professional, yet has the northwoods flare that we love so much.

I have been using this Document Brief for about 1 year, with no problems. It is well constructed, and the zipper is heavy duty. My only suggestion would be to change the bottom. Maybe the bottom could be about 2 inches wide, to allow the case to stand. The way it is now it slides down if you try to hold it in a standing position.

When bought, this looked as good as my other Duluth packs. But within a few months the stitching gave out in an approximately 3' section, due perhaps to the sewer's not paying attention and allowing the machine to wander away from the line. I could send it back to be repaired, but it's probably too late, I'm too cheap to pay the shipping, and I use it anyway.
